Copying can only address the issue of whether something exists or not; after copying, if one wants to make money, they need to conduct proper research. Those who rely on copying their whole life are thieves. 2. Materials. The material production process is outdated; looking at the standards, what parameters are missing? The properties of materials produced by manual casting in a crucible differ from those of materials produced automatically in an electric furnace on a tonnage scale. 3. The control over the production process for valves is inadequate. You say you can do it, you say you’ve already done it – show the proof! There should be guidelines and records for quality control at key stages; even the startup of equipment needs to be documented. Who has done this? 4. Necessary processes are simplified or ignored. How many companies perform on-site welding repairs on valve bodies? How many have qualified welding processes? How many manufacturers produce standard heating electrodes? So, poor quality is not a lack of ability, but rather a failure to do one’s job properly.
