Quality Rating for Petrochemical Construction Projects

Dear friends from Sichuan: Does anyone know the overall quality grading standards for fine chemical construction projects? For example, “qualified,” “excellent,” or others – what are the standard grades? Are there any specific criteria for the ratings? (I know that the construction industry exists, with qualified standards as well as the standards for the \"Lu Ban Award\".
The petrochemical industry has a standard for evaluating project quality; this is merely an assessment of the construction process itself, and it seems to be unrelated to the application for **level awards.
The current **standards are all qualification standards; evaluation for excellence is separated from testing, with only qualification checks being conducted, without any consideration for excellence evaluations. But when a project requires high quality standards, it becomes difficult to find excellent benchmarks; in other words, it is hard for the client to establish comprehensive quality standards.
