What is the steam pressure used for temperature-induced passivation in the CO2 stripping process for urea production?
Ordinary medium-pressure steam is sufficient; keep it below 0.6 MPa. However, when raising the temperature, ensure it does not exceed the pressure of the instrument air. Control the pressure at different stages according to the heating rate
The air we use is factory air with a pressure of 0.45 MPa; at the end, the steam pressure is not high enough and the temperature does not rise. Only different types of air can be used, with steam being employed solely for raising the temperature.
