May I ask what the appropriate angle of the nozzle for a urine pump is? We melt urea and then pump it into the granulator, but is there any requirement regarding the angle of the urea spray nozzle?» What temperature is appropriate?
The angle of the urine pump should be downward tilted. It’s sufficient as long as the material in the system covers the nozzle; there’s no need to specify an exact degree. However, the current method of using urine for spraying and granulation is rather outdated and poses certain risks, as it can lead to system instability.
