During the procurement of control valves and programmable valves, each manufacturer recalculates the valve diameter based on the data sheet provided by the design institute. Some valves from different manufacturers require changes to their diameter values in order to accommodate the desired degree of valve opening. Is it the data provided by the design institute that serves as the basis for manufacturers to request such diameter changes, or are these changes made according to the requirements of each manufacturer? How do you all handle it?
It should be the valve diameter that the manufacturer calculates based on the data provided by the design institute, taking into account the requirements of its own factory. . It’s possible that the standards set by one’s own factory do not meet the requirements of the design institute; in such a case, a diameter change is necessary, and the modified design then needs to be sent back to the design institute.
