I am a woman born in 1987, with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and technology, graduated in 2010. I currently work at a small design firm, where I am involved in chemical process design. For personal reasons, I would like to transfer to a larger design firm in order to further improve my skills and enhance my design capabilities. I was wondering if any of you could provide me with some information about design firms in Shandong. Thank you!
Hehe, I was born in 87 too. It seems that 3D is quite good, and Hai Gong Ying Pai Er is said to be good as well. Of course, it would be even better if the owner could go to projects at Qilu Petrochemical or similar.
It’s only been a little over a year since you started working, so there’s no need to rush. It’s certainly better to be able to work in a large company, but it’s quite difficult to do that.
Are you considering design institutes affiliated with large private enterprises in Tianjin? The main persons in charge of various departments come from large design institutes.
My family is from Shandong, and I want to work there. Thank you for your attention and help; may those who are kind live a safe life. Thank you
Mainly, the company is in a very poor state right now – there are no projects, and the pay is low. I also need to support my brother, so I have no choice but to keep looking for a more suitable and better opportunity
It’s a great three-dimensional facility, part of a top-tier institution, but it’s not easily accessible. Work experience or a graduate degree are required; I’m afraid it will be difficult to get in without those
Which school is the poster from? If the school is good, you have two years of work experience, and you’re from Shandong, you should have a chance.
I had a similar experience to the original poster: I graduated 10 years ago and have been working in a design firm for almost two years. I think it’s not easy to change jobs right now, unless you have connections; after all, I haven’t worked on any major projects and lack the necessary skills. There are many large design firms in Qingdao, Shandong, but it’s very difficult to get hired there~
It depends on where in Shandong you are from; maybe Tianjin is closer to your home than other cities in Shandong Province.:)
3D is still easier to get into. Their demands aren’t high either. Qilu Petrochemical is not bad, I guess; it’s just that it’s a state-owned enterprise, which can be frustrating.
