Seek optimal matching control for acid addition temperature in 3-tower 1-tank drying process with 1 absorption stage
Give me some figures for the shrimp gate issue – isn’t there a conflict between dry absorption and acid adjustment when using three towers and one tank?
We use a three-tower one-tank dry absorption system: the first absorption stage uses an acid cooler, while the second absorption stage is connected to a drying acid cooler; both stages are equipped with anode protection. The temperature of the acid used is controlled at 65 degrees, with a tolerance of plus or minus 1 degree, and this value can be adjusted. The four valves for the inlet and outlet of the hot and cold acid allow us to achieve the desired temperature
Three towers and one tank; one acid cooler is used for each of the suction and secondary drying processes, along with a water-side bypass for the acid cooler
Anodic protection should ensure a certain water flow rate; I believe the valve on the acid side should be adjusted
The acid temperature in the extraction tower is 80 degrees, plus or minus 2. The inlet gas temperature is 160–180 degrees, while the temperature of the dried gas entering the system is below 40 degrees; ideally, it should be around 35 degrees
The three towers share one tank; the basic configuration includes 2 acid circulation pumps for the tank (one of which serves as a backup). Each tower is equipped with its own acid cooler. In the first and second absorption towers, the temperature of the acid in the upper section is around 65°, while it is around 90° in the lower section. In the drying tower, the temperature is also around 65° in the upper section and around 69° in the lower section (the fans are located at the back of the towers). This is an upper column and a lower column without low-temperature heating or other co-production, with HRS; the acid temperature in the lower column is slightly lower
