May I ask, if gypsum is present in the slurry after the reaction, could it cause blockages in the pipes during transportation? What are the ways to prevent and treat clogged pipes? Those who know please reply, thank you
Suggestion: For smaller volumes, use two basket filters in alternation; for larger volumes, consider using two tanks in alternation to achieve both filtering and settling functions.
In pipes for transporting slurry, blockages are inevitable; one can pay attention to the flow rate in the pipes and install more flushing ports. Blue filters are not recommended, as they only increase the risk of clogging; I’ve never seen them used in practice either
