As the title suggests, what is the impact of crystal phase changes on hydrogenation systems?
I guess no one uses this, because the amount of reduced amorphous silicon that can be recovered isn’t very large, and moreover, the recovery process is rather complicated
If it is ground into powder and then fed into a fluidized bed, can a reaction take place?
It’s too fine and not practical to use; moreover, it’s too pure, which results in a slow reaction rate, making it not worth it
