Can anyone tell me what kind of reactions take place in a closed reactor, and for what kind of reactions is it necessary to have an exhaust vent in the reactor??? Thank you. I’m hoping someone kind will help.
Installing an exhaust vent doesn’t cost much; a vent hole can be used in these two situations
All reaction vessels should be equipped with exhaust vents that are connected directly to the atmosphere or vent through a safety water seal. For substances that cannot come into contact with air (flammable, explosive, toxic), a safety water seal or an environmentally friendly water seal can be used.
