Experts, what is the maximum size that an evaporator can reach? (In terms of water evaporation volume)
Theoretically, you can be as old as you want. The questions are endless, so are the answers, haha. That’s just the way it is: with a large volume of processing, the heat exchange area of the equipment has to be large, so its size naturally increases as well. How much volume does the original poster handle?
