Discussion on the eligibility requirements for safety engineer certification

How is work experience calculated? Is it based on the time elapsed since completing education, or on actual work experience? For example, I graduated from a junior college program in Computer Applications in July 2005; I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering through adult education in mid-to-late March 2012. Should I use my junior college degree and work experience when applying? Also, when is the registration period this year?
Education background doesn’t matter; it’s fine if the required time is met based on an associate degree, or it’s also okay if it’s met based on a bachelor’s degree. That’s how applications are handled in our company
It should be calculated based on the date on the academic certificate. Otherwise you won’t be able to pass, unless there are many people registering at the time, near the end of working hours; in that case, who knows, one of my friends managed to pass the qualification check at that time.
