PSA pressure swing decarburization

Our factory produces 40,000 tons of liquid ammonia per year. It is wasteful to release the gas obtained from the PSA decarburization process directly; instead, it should be recovered using a small compressor. However, in the subsequent synthesis stages, the methane content increases significantly, which leads to an increase in the amount of gas that needs to be vented – making this approach even less economical. Could someone please help think of a solution?

It is collected in a gas holder and then compressed and sent out by a compressor. . . . This carbon dioxide can be used directly as food-grade carbon dioxide. . . For contact if needed. .
