Although there are few women in the chemical industry, the women at HAICHUAN also play a vital role in sustaining this organization. Many outstanding women from HAICHUAN have made significant contributions to the development of the forum (for more details, see http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-314248-1-1.html; 5 of them are from the foreign language section!). On the occasion of International Women’s Day, this event is being held.Target participants: All members of HAICHUAN.
Stages of the event:
I. Preliminary selection stage:
1. Time frame: March 1st to March 4th, 2012.
2. Task: Compile a list of outstanding women from HAICHUAN.
3. Methods:
(1) Self-recommendation by women: a) Username + UID; b) A brief introduction about oneself (the introduction should help with voting; refer to http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-314248-1-1.html for formatting).
(2) Recommendations by other members: a) Username + UID; b) A brief introduction of the person being recommended (the introduction should help with voting; refer to http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-314248-1-1.html for formatting).
II. Voting stage:
1. Time frame: March 5th to March 7th, 2012.
2. Task: Vote for your favorite and most respected woman from HAICHUAN.
3. Method: Create a vote list using the names provided during the preliminary selection stage, so that everyone can vote.
Prizes and the number of winners will be determined later (but prizes will definitely be given).

This event is open to all members of HAICHUAN, not just those in the foreign language section. The format for posting replies in this thread is as follows:

Rules for prizes in this thread:
1. For self-recommendations: 10 wealth points.
2. For recommendations by other members: 5 wealth points.
3. There will also be occasional special prizes; please participate!

Username+UID: kaixuanzz (UID: 135024). The K-version community plays a major role in the foreign language section; it organizes many meaningful activities and makes significant contributions to the development of this section. 2. Lotus2009 (UID: 625410) is also commonly seen in the foreign language section; it performs well, and I like it.
The event is open to all Haiyou members. . :L thought all the sea friends had already celebrated Women’s Day.

As a moderator for the Safety and Environment section and also the deputy chief moderator of that area, Yi Yi has made great efforts to promote its development and has been awarded the title of outstanding moderator on multiple occasions.

As the moderator for the environmental protection and energy conservation section, Xiaoxue has been awarded the title of Outstanding Moderator in the Environmental Protection Section for February 2012. Although she has been part of the management team for only a short time, her performance has been impressive.
