In vertical vessels or towers, what parameters are NEL and EL?

As the title says! Urgent! Thank you all in advance!
Are it parameters such as elevation or liquid level height?
EL is the elevation of the horizontal ground, while NEL is not very clear
Thank you to everyone who replied above; it’s probably related to elevation levels. I just don’t know if NEL refers to relative elevation
The elevations indicated in the general drawings are relative elevations. The relative elevation EL +0.00 corresponds to the absolute elevation – that is, the local sea level! EL +XXXX means: general elevation. EL +XXXX BOP means: bottom of pipe elevation. PT EL +XXXX means: point elevation. EL +XXXX TOP means: top elevation. NEL +XXXX means: nozzle elevation. When we design the pipe supports for air coolers, we also use “NEL+...” as the nozzle height.

Does the detector EL+1.0m refer to a height of 1m from the device, or 1m from the ground?
