In the carbon dioxide stripping method, what are the symptoms that occur when the stripping efficiency of the stripper decreases?
As the temperature rises, corrosion accelerates, production decreases, and the load on associated equipment increases
The most obvious one is the increase in the liquid outlet temperature of the stripping tower!
The main phenomena are still low pressure and overpressure. There are also issues such as an increase in the liquid outlet temperature of the stripping tower and a rise in the liquid level.
So, does it have an impact on the high-pressure washer?
The low-pressure load increases, the amount of ammonia added to the high-pressure system rises significantly, the data related to the stripping efficiency decrease, and the temperature of the liquid exiting the stripping tower goes up.
Notable phenomena include an increase in the pressure of the synthesis system, an increase in the gas consumption on the shell side of the stripping tower, a rise in the temperature of the liquid exiting the stripping tower, and an increase in the pressure of the circulation system. The synthesis conversion rate and stripping efficiency can be determined by analyzing the chemical analysis data from the effluent of the synthesis tower as well as that from the effluent of the stripping tower. At the same time, by examining all the process parameters of the synthesis system, it is possible to identify the reasons behind the decrease in the gas efficiency of the stripping tower, thereby taking timely actions to prevent unnecessary accidents.
The liquid outlet temperature of the stripping tower has increased significantly, there is low-pressure overpressure, and the amount of ammonia added to the system has also increased markedly; analysis shows that the ammonia-to-carbon ratio is low, preventing effective stripping.
