I am currently producing 21-7-18; for a 18-meter tower, the feed amount is 20–25 tons. The internal rotation speed is set at 27, while the external rotation speed is set at 24. At the bottom of the tower, I observe that there are many small particles of varying sizes. I’m not sure how to adjust the internal and external rotation speeds – should the internal speed be higher or the external speed? I would appreciate everyone’s insights on this matter. The manufacturer says that the external rotation speed is used to control the degree of filling in the tower, while the internal rotation speed is used to adjust the particle size, but making these adjustments has no effect. Moreover, many good particles fall out through the air inlet at the bottom of the tower.

If it comes out of the air inlet of the tower, then the rotation speed is too high. If the sizes are different, is it because the internal rotation speed is too high? I think the slurry is the key; if the slurry isn’t well controlled, no matter how good the nozzle is, it’s of no use.
What should be the speed ratio inside to outside of the nozzle? Seeking advice from experts
When producing this model, the inner ring should rotate faster than the outer ring. . . But everything you mentioned has been ruled out; that means the rotation speed is too high……I wonder what the properties of the slurry produced by the original poster are like ? ?
The air intake is misaligned – is it forced cold air, natural air, or air that splashes in during descent? If the speed is too high, many particles should get crushed as well
