In the fixed-bed batch gasification process, two 2650 gas generation furnaces produce an average of 127 tons of synthetic ammonia per day. When Ningxia lump coal is mixed with carbonized coal balls, the coal consumption per ton of ammonia is 1.085 tons, the electricity consumption is 960 kWh, and the fuel coal usage is 60 kilograms.
