Our company plans to establish an experimental center, with the following power demands: 180 KW for air compressors, 150 KW for the ceramic workshop, 80 KW for vaporizers, 150 KW for circulation water pumps, and 10 KW for blowers. I would like to ask those with more experience: what basic facilities are required for the power supply design of such a factory, such as transformer/substation systems and voltage settings? . . . No need for details, just a comprehensive approach, thank you!
1. Based on the site selection for the project construction, the location is determined within the existing power plant area. First, it is necessary to determine whether the total installed capacity of high-voltage and low-voltage systems in that area is sufficient to meet the power distribution requirements of the project. Afterwards, consultations are held with the local power supply authorities to handle the relevant procedures and formalities; If it is a new factory location, proceed with the installation service ; 2. Understand the actual operating conditions of the equipment and estimate its actual operating load ; 3. Based on the actual operating load of the equipment and the current state of the power grid, a power supply plan will be formulated, and relevant departments will be commissioned to carry out the power supply and distribution design ;
Not only that, but the company’s development in recent years also needs to be taken into account.
