The current of the pressure transmitter is outside the specified range; upon inspection, multiple small bulges were found on the diaphragm. The medium being used is steam. I can’t see your picture, but since there are many bulging bumps, it must be broken! ! ! To measure steam, heat tracing is required!
I guess it’s the same with the level transmitter I had before – the diaphragm used to take pressure at the low point became inelastically deformed due to ice. The liquid level gauge on site shows a large discrepancy from the display in the control room! It has only been replaced!
So how can there be protrusions? They protrude outward, rather than being recessed inward
It seems that the high temperature causes the lubricant to expand due to heat!
Is a radiator installed? What is the current without pressure? The sensor will not operate in a loop as long as it is used properly. You can attach a picture; I can help you identify it
He is a plane; if there are recessed areas, then surely there must be protruding areas as well? Inelastic deformation! ! !
The diaphragm is generally flat, with only a dozen or so protrusions the size of needle tips; it doesn’t resemble something that has been damaged by freezing

When measuring steam, condensed water is generally used as the pressure transmission medium; therefore, steam heating is required to prevent the condensed water from freezing. It is also important to avoid allowing steam to come into direct contact with the diaphragm box for extended periods. Additionally, for transmitters that are not in use, the pressure transfer pipes should be drained of condensed water, so as to prevent a drop in temperature of the condensed water from causing it to condense and create negative pressure that could damage the diaphragm box.
