It is recommended to look for the causes from the following aspects: 1. Has the silica content in the system water suddenly increased? If it remains at normal levels, this possibility can be ruled out ; 2. Check whether there is any internal leakage in the condenser tube bundle of the steam turbine; if so, it is due to the cooling water from the condenser flowing back (as there is negative pressure inside the condenser), and the silica content in the cooling water of the condenser should be relatively high. (Usually, the steam condensate in the condenser is pumped back to the boiler system.) ; 3. Pay attention to changes in the temperature of the convection section, the flue gas temperature, and the steam output; if too much salt deposits inside the convection tubes, there is a risk that these tubes may be burned through. When there are abnormalities in the quality of boiler water, it is necessary to start by investigating the source; desalinated make-up water, condensate water, deoxygenated make-up water, and drain water all need to be checked one by one. Waste discharge is also crucial, including whether continuous or scheduled discharge is functioning properly.
