Our company’s 1,000 cubic meter liquid nitrogen storage tank maintains a pressure of 22 kPa during normal operation, and the opening degree of the vent automatic valve is generally around 60%. I think the amount of air released is a bit too much, which is a waste. Do you fellow sailors think this has value for recycling? If it is valuable, what could be its uses?

If there is a nitrogen compressor and the inlet pressure of the compressor is less than 22 kPa, it is possible to consider running a pipeline in front of the vent valve to the inlet buffer tank of the nitrogen compressor.

I agree with those above that there is a risk of pollution, and recycling is not recommended.
We have encountered a similar situation as well: the pressure in the nitrogen storage tank is 30 Kpa, while the inlet pressure of our nitrogen compressor is 11 Kpa. We connected pipes and valves at the manual control valve of the vent valve to the inlet of our nitrogen compressor, setting an appropriate opening degree to ensure that the vent valve remains closed. There’s no need to worry, after all, the source ensures quality. :)
