What do the numbers on the seal of a pressure gauge mean?

Today, it was found at the site that the seal on the pressure gauge had the number 2011 printed on one side and 8S on the other side. What do these numbers mean?
It should be the date when the pressure gauge was sealed with lead. .
Some of them also have a card below indicating the time when the next verification is required!
At the site, the seal letters on the pressure gauge indicated the next inspection date and the inspection agency.
Some are simply the manufacturer’s own markings, used for anti-counterfeiting purposes.
1. The year indicates the year when the table was last verified； 2. The other code represents the verifier code, which is used to track verifiers; it may vary from one organization to another ； 3. For pressure gauges used in boilers, Class III pressure vessels, etc., calibration is required every six months. After the using unit commissions the calibration, the seal must also indicate the month, and the calibration agency shall issue a calibration report.
