During boiler operation, how can combustion be adjusted to effectively prevent or avoid tube failures in the boiler superheater?

Control the coal feeding rate to prevent the boiler from operating under overload, and monitor the temperature at the furnace outlet; 2. Control the speed of the primary air; it should not be too high, as this can cause the flame center to rise, increasing the temperature at the furnace outlet. If the speed is too low, slag formation occurs on the water wall, reducing the heat exchange efficiency. This may result in insufficient heat absorption by the water wall, prompting an increase in coal input and thus creating a vicious cycle ; 3. For boilers with square cut circles, the temperature deviation at the lower right corner of the high-temperature superheater, caused by residual rotation, is one of the main factors leading to overheating and tube rupture. Controlling the degree of rotation of the cut circles, as well as using secondary air at the top layer to counteract this rotation, can help reduce residual rotation ; 4. Pay attention to the use of water spraying for temperature reduction ; 5. Control the level of slagging and fouling in the furnace and superheater; when slagging and fouling are severe, the heat exchange capacity decreases, and the walls of the superheater tubes are prone to overheating.
