Due to the high ammonia content in the hydrogenation wastewater, as the crude ammonia gas passes through the crystallization tank, the liquid level in the tank drops rapidly, and the outlet temperature rises quickly as well. Are you adding ammonia to the crystallization tank during use?
The principle behind removing hydrogen sulfide from crystallization tanks is to take advantage of the fact that when there is an abundance of ammonia, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide can crystallize at low temperatures to form ammonium hydrosulfide and ammonium sulfide, thereby transferring the hydrogen sulfide present in gaseous ammonia into the liquid phase in the form of ammonium hydrosulfide or ammonium sulfide, thus achieving its removal. The function of adding ammonia to the crystallization tank is to use liquid ammonia, which vaporizes by absorbing heat at low pressure, in order to lower the temperature of the crystallization tank. Ammonia replenishment can only be carried out after the temperature in the crystallization tank rises above zero degrees and the residual liquid in the tank is drained.
