According to GB150 CD, for butt welds, PT or MT testing is required; if the material is sensitive to magnetism, MT should be preferred

It is necessary to carry out the work if the drawings require it; it can also be done even if the drawings don’t specify it. MT and PT have low costs and fast speeds, do not require site relocation, and enable early detection of through defects in welds, thus preventing leaks during pressure testing
Clause 4.5.3.2.4 of the regulations specifies clearly that it is unrelated to the container category
I agree with the view on floor 6, except for some special cases. The new capacity regulations specify that MT is preferred for ferromagnetic materials, while PT is used for high-alloy steels.

Your statement is incorrect; it depends on many factors. High-risk media is just one of those factors. For details, refer to the non-destructive testing section in the manufacturing guidelines of GB150
There are regulations regarding whether table probing is necessary for CD-type components; it is not always required to perform table probing when dealing with CD-type components. GB150 mandates such probing in certain situations (see Section 10.4 of the manufacturing guidelines), and it must be carried out strictly in those cases. For designs where such probing is not required, designers can decide on their own whether to carry it out or not, depending on the circumstances. If probing is done, it means that the quality control standards for the product are improved; if it isn’t done, no one will hold you accountable, and it does not constitute a violation of any rules
