There is one company that offers a good salary, but has limited career prospects; another company offers an average salary, but you like the work there and think the prospects are good – of course, only if \"you\" think so! Which one will you choose? I choose the first one! Let’s all talk about it!
Let things take their course; don’t force it. :)
All of them need to be taken into account to some extent. The salary isn’t great, but there is potential. It’s necessary to consider how far and how long that path to success will be – three or five years might suffice, while if it’s a truly promising future, ten or eight years could work as well. This is a choice for those who are determined to strive. The salary is good, but the prospects are poor or the risks are too high; this also needs to be carefully considered. Armed robbery, drug trafficking – one can earn as much in a month as an ordinary worker earns in a lifetime; this is not something that ordinary salaried workers can handle. This example is a bit extreme, but you should understand what I mean.
What do you think are the advantages of this career path? Does it offer opportunities for growth, or is it beneficial for your career planning? And what level is the low salary – how low exactly? High, how high?
If it were me, I would choose the latter; happiness and enjoyment are what matter most, especially if you’re still young. If you choose the former, it won’t be long before you change jobs due to stress and other reasons
Money is king; everything else is fake. Prospects are not as good as financial opportunities!
The prospects are good now, but what about in 5 years, when the industry enters a downturn and everything goes wrong?~
Learn a skill before the age of 30, and start making money after that.
The future is uncertain; our ultimate goal in seeking a better future is still to pursue financial prosperity!
All of these factors need to be taken into account; otherwise, if your starting salary is 3,000, a 100% increase would only bring it to 6,000. If others start at 6,000, you won’t be able to keep up with them.
As for the prospects, it’s not enough to rely on personal opinion; it’s better to have someone else give their feedback. Of course, the prospects are a bit more important.
