How to reduce humidity to 20%?

May I ask how to reduce the humidity to below 20%? My 4-square-meter enclosed box can only reduce the humidity to 30%, and it seems that dehumidifiers available on the market are also capable of lowering humidity only to 30%! I was wondering if there are any ways to achieve the goal? Is it useful to add a desiccant inside? It seems that using concentrated sulfuric acid or salt water works; does anyone know this? :)
Heating can do it, desiccants can do it too; it’s a matter of cost.
It is easy to raise the ambient temperature while keeping the system isolated from its surroundings, and to reduce the relative humidity to 20%.
But it’s not easy to increase the ambient temperature! And I also need to maintain the ventilation capacity of the test chamber; otherwise, the lab rats will die!
Find a room with air conditioning, turn on the dehumidifier to lower the humidity level in the area.
