I would like to ask the experts about the process flow for coker gasoline. I read in a paper that the hydroprocessing unit for coker gasoline in Zhenhai (using coker gasoline as the feedstock, rather than aromatic oils or C5 compounds) does not use reaction heaters during normal operation; these heaters are only employed during startup and shutdown procedures. How do they control the temperature at the reactor inlet? Also, in Zhenhai, they mix hydrogen before and after the furnace. Are both hydrogen processing systems used simultaneously? It would be best to share their reactions regarding part of the process flow
Here too, we use gasoline as a heat source; it can also come from a gasoline hydrogenation heater and be fed directly into the reactor.
