Can undergraduate students with professional title English qualifications take the exam in their first year after starting work? I heard that one doesn’t qualify with a bachelor’s degree; is that the case for postgraduate studies as well?

Undergraduates can take the English test for professional titles in their first year after starting work, while postgraduates are exempt from this exam when applying for professional titles； But now it’s almost time to print the admission tickets; if there is an exam, it will be next year.
Being admitted is one thing; whether one is rated is another matter; and whether they are hired after receiving a positive rating is yet another matter
But exams are still useful! In case it’s needed one day!
