Method for tuning the MessoniLAN control valve: Connect the HART375 communicator to the valve actuator, then start up the HART375 and switch to MANUAL mode → Calibration Menu → Tuning → AutoTune. The actuator will then begin self-checking; once this is complete, exit the Calibration Menu mode and return to Normal mode. Here are a few specific examples: 1. Abnormal valve feedback. Solution: Start HART → switch to MANUAL mode → Calibration Menu → Range → Autostops. After completion, exit the Calibration Menu mode and return to Normal mode. 2. Large fluctuations in valve performance. Solution: Start HART → switch to MANUAL mode → Calibration Menu → Tuning → PID coefficient. Select “OK” twice, then select “Enter”; increase the I value accordingly, select “Enter” seven times, and then select “OK” again to complete the adjustment of the I parameter. After the operation is complete, exit Calibration Menu mode and switch to Normal mode. 3. Large zero or full-scale deviation: Solution – Start HART → enter MANUAL mode → Calibration Menu → Range → Autostops. After the operation is complete, exit Calibration Menu mode and switch to Normal mode. 4. Valve does not move: Check the following aspects: 1) Verify whether power is supplied to the valve, as well as whether there are issues with the air supply and control signals. 2) For valves equipped with a manual control device, check whether the valve is in the manual position. 3) Ensure that MANUAL mode was selected when using the HART375 for debugging, and that the device was returned to Normal mode after the debugging process was completed
