Use the rotor! So the rotor is cheaper; the mass flow controller has a precision of 0.1%, but it’s expensive, so it’s likely not to be used!
With metal rotor flow meters, there are now those miniature constant-flow control valves that seem to come equipped with a metal rotor flow meter as part of the set. By the way, may I ask where the bubble level gauge you mentioned is used?

There are small gas flow meters with a low flow rate, costing around a few thousand yuan
A rotameter will do; those from Cologne or domestic ones are both acceptable.
A metal float flow meter will do; our factory uses them, and their accuracy meets the process requirements.
If the on-site instructions suggest it, then a gas rotameter is the most suitable flow meter; it has few moving parts, and its casing can be made of transparent plastic, allowing for a clear view of the rotor’s position within the instrument, which facilitates flow regulation.
Thank you to everyone above. Personally, I think the plan for the 3rd floor is more suitable. The blowing level gauge is used in a reaction vessel; the materials involved are PTA and butanediol, the temperature is 250 degrees, there is a slight vacuum, and stirring is employed.
