Since the exhaust gas is at a temperature of 50-60 degrees, water spray is used to treat it, which results in the formation of a large amount of white mist. Is there any effective way to deal with this white mist? Visually, it is not possible to see the mist drifting away
Is white mist water vapor or matter? If it is water vapor, an additional heat exchanger is added to cool the working fluid. If it is material entrainment, add a mist catcher at the top of the spray tower. And it is necessary to check whether the gas velocity in the empty spray tower is appropriate.
It can only be solved by installing an efficient demister. Since they are submicron droplets formed by condensation, conventional baffle mist eliminators or four-way mist eliminators are not very effective.
