I would like to ask the teacher: the frequency converter of the main fan is broken and it needs to be started at line frequency. How should the air dampers be adjusted, and what are the details regarding starting up the fan?
Hehe, it’s the same as starting without variable frequency – basically the inlet valve is closed, and it starts without any load! Back in the day, we could switch between variable frequency and fixed frequency operations without shutting down the system; the valves would adjust automatically, so there was no need to stop the operation at all.
