I’d like to ask if anyone has encountered problems with molecular sieve programmable control valves in production – could you share the reasons?
We had one instance here where the gear inside came loose.
We used to encounter it often, but now it’s less common. The main ones are: 1. Issues with the instrument itself, such as programming errors, dirty or blocked air supply to the instrument, and inadequate valve inspection ； 2. The cylinder leaks air, and cannot be fully opened or closed within the required time ； 3. The frictional resistance in the internal gear transmission mechanism increases; we carry out maintenance on this part during our annual major repairs ； 4. Aging of the sealing O-rings in the valve can also cause it to not close properly, leading to internal leakage; this can be resolved by purchasing replacement parts.
