However, in actual production, the medium with a pressure of 1.0 MPA and a temperature of 70°C in the washing section caused frequent cracking of the pipe fittings, which had a significant impact on normal production. Guys, what materials do you use over there?
The quality of FRPP pipe fittings is not up to standard; try using phenolic ones instead. Since when are there such strict requirements regarding the length of replies?
Original poster, may I ask why you chose FRPP pipes of this pressure rating for use with hot water? As the temperature of the material inside the FRPP pipe increases, its pressure resistance decreases significantly.
