Thread Content
This post was last edited by Yitailong'er on 2012-3-17 at 21:21. I took a look at our entire section. No sections related to chemical industry certifications were found, such as skill certificates or engineer certificates for the chemical sector; information on certifications in areas like instrument design, electrical work, and welding is available. Therefore, it is suggested to consider adding it. To better manage the sections and foster competition and motivation. I suggest: 1. Regularly post special posts to announce the rankings of each category; 2. The entire Haichuan section should be reorganized from its current fixed format – Haichuan Life, Chemical Process Engineering Category, Chemical Equipment and Machinery Category... – to one that displays the rankings regularly (arranged in order of rank). 3. For better members, moderators can implement a competition system, such as granting special promotions or temporary elevated moderator roles; some management teams should operate on a cycle of rotation, with the best taking over positions while those who are less competent are replaced, thereby enhancing competition and professional standards. 4. To make better use of qualified managers, it is recommended to create a dedicated section or channel (one that is easy to use), through which applicants can submit their requests; the management team will then discuss these requests together with the area supervisors before making a decision. 5. To boost the enthusiasm of regular members, it is recommended to establish awards for outstanding members. Note: Promotion assessments can be conducted through post quality, applications for competitive positions, *recommendations, and other methods.
Formatting by rank causes inconvenience for members; they have to spend time searching for the appropriate spot on the layout every time they visit, which is not ideal. It is recommended to add a personalized customization section; the mobile version already allows users to prioritize their favorite layouts, and it is hoped that this feature will also be available on the web version as soon as possible.
To answer your question briefly: 1. The information exchange area for registered engineers in the Process Engineering division is actually a forum for discussions related to obtaining certification. 2. Now, the popularity rankings for each version are released weekly; a notification will appear in the lower right corner of the webpage at the time of release, and the posts are posted in the forum’s affairs section. 3. Regional formatting involves inherent formats or script-based layout issues; making frequent changes is rather troublesome, and I agree with what was said above. 4. Regarding the moderator application mechanism, each section has a dedicated thread for applicants to submit their requests. Those with experience in moderator management or who have outstanding performance may be considered for appointment on an exceptional basis; in principle, approval from the section leader is sufficient. 5. Haichuan has an “Outstanding Member” medal for rewarding regular members, and I have given it to outstanding regular members before. Please check in the Medal section.
If anyone has good ideas, please share them so we can all improve together.
