We have started installing our equipment, and testing is expected to take place in July or August! ! Also, we would appreciate it if you could advise us on the precautions that should be taken when using Jiu Xin Equipment’s graphite synthesis furnaces, or on any problems that may arise during use, so that we can learn from them and avoid unnecessary mistakes! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! # + + . hcbbs
Ask the supplier to provide the operating procedures directly, and have them conduct on-site training before starting operation; most problems can be resolved this way.
The synthesis furnaces, absorption towers, and coolers I’ve come across are of planetary origin. Follow the operating procedures – is your factory’s furnace a two-in-one type or a three-in-one type? Pay close attention to the on-site installation, especially the light fixtures; check them carefully during the three inspections and four verifications!
1. Graphite equipment should be avoided sudden cooling and heating; the rate of temperature increase and decrease must be controlled during operation. 2. Graphite equipment lacks toughness; forceful assembly should be avoided during piping, and buffering and isolation measures such as expansion joints should be implemented.
In most parts of the country, Star or Jingtong models are used for hydrogen chloride graphite furnace analysis
It must not leak; if detected late, it can explode, which is very dangerous!
In graphite synthesis furnaces that generate by-product steam, it is essential to pay close attention to the liquid level of pure water in the steam section; it is advisable to install two level gauges, one float level gauge and one balance chamber level gauge. An accident occurred in our company: the float level gauge got stuck, and there was a shortage of pure water in the furnace, which caused the furnace to be damaged!
What materials are people using for the lamp holders on synthesis furnaces? Has anyone used PTFE lining?
We use furnaces from Nantong here; they have been in use for three years now, and we have plenty of experience with them. There have been many accidents; you can come to us to learn*
