Ask about the process from HP process to LP process in a PID

RT, how can the HP process be brought into the LP process system or flare system? What devices, valves, and piping connections are used, 3q.
Haha, it’s just speculation – maybe add a medium-pressure flash tank so that the liquid condensate goes to the low-pressure side, or perhaps add a pressure relief valve. It’s just my own idea
This requires analysis on a case-by-case basis; general discussions are of little use
