I need help from experts: which type is better for interface measurement, and which are the better manufacturers for import density meters?
For radio frequency admittance interface meters, we use products from DE Company, and they perform well.
For level gauges, options include radar, double-flange, and float type level gauges! Density meters and mass flow meters can also be used for measurement!
Where is it used? Is it on long-distance pipelines? Optical interfacemeters and vibrating density meters are generally used on long-distance pipelines.

3. Suspended floating layer thickness meter: In the past, the spring cable shown in the diagram above was used, but it is no longer used nowadays; instead, a contact type system is employed, one that features a straight, automatically extendable cable. It is no longer a non-contact type system either – rather, it uses a straight, automatically extendable pressure-transmitting tube. The sensor is located outside the container and does not come into contact with the medium
For measuring interfaces, external-mounted ultrasonic level gauges are a good option; the original poster might want to look into them.
