What is the filtration precision in microns? Backwashing usually needs to be carried out frequently. Filters are designed with this in mind, so clogging is normal. If the impurities filtered out are relatively large in size, then there may be issues with your processing process; or a filter with lower precision should be installed ahead of it

It’s a matter of your choice regarding the filtration format; you could consider the design of the filter cloth. Can the poster provide a full analysis of your desulfurization solution or the wastewater that has been filtered? I think it’s caused by too high a salt content in your liquid; you should choose an appropriate filter membrane and also implement process controls to reduce the formation of large salt particles.
