Safety Operating Procedures for Heat Carriers (Heat Transfer Oil Boilers): Before starting to work, personnel in this position must thoroughly study and strictly adhere to the \"Basic Knowledge of Safe Operation for Various Mechanical and Electrical Equipment\" as well as the safety operating procedures specific to this position. (1) Preparation 1. Before starting work, it is necessary to wear protective equipment as required. 2. The boiler room is a critical area for production; unauthorized personnel are prohibited from entering or staying there. 3. Check that all equipment systems are in good condition. 4. Check all transmission parts to ensure there is sufficient lubricating oil and grease. 5. Check that the water seal of the slag discharge machine is airtight. 6. Check that the electrical instruments are in good condition. 7. Check that the level of the heat transfer oil is normal. (Start the fuel pump) 8. Inspect the dust collector and clean out any accumulated dust. 9. Check the grate ash collection box and clean it thoroughly. 10. Adjust the relevant valves to prepare for ignition and starting the furnace. 11. Check whether the fire-fighting equipment is complete. (II) Starting with coal combustion 1. Start the hot oil circulation pump. 2. Check the pressure of the heat transfer oil to ensure that the pressure difference is normal and stable. 3. Open the furnace door, light the wood, and place it at the front of the grate. 4. Add coal to the coal hopper; be careful while adding it to prevent items such as *pipes from being present in the coal. 5. Adjust the height of the coal gate to control the thickness of the coal layer. 6. Start the induced draft fan and adjust the damper opening to maintain a slight negative pressure in the furnace. 7. Start the blower and adjust the damper opening to maintain a slight negative pressure in the furnace. 8. Start the slag discharge machine. 9. Start the grate and adjust its speed. 10. During the first temperature increase or oil change, and when adding new oil, attention should be paid to removing moisture from the exhaust gas, and the temperature should be increased gradually. (III) Operation 1. When the heat carrier boiler is operating normally, conduct regular inspections of the performance of various related equipment, and check whether their noise levels, vibrations, cooling systems, and lubrication conditions are all normal. 2. When the heat carrier boiler is operating normally, continuously monitor various temperatures and pressures (the lowest pressure at the boiler outlet should not be lower than 0.1 Mpa, and the highest pressure shall not exceed 70% of the pressure at the outlet of the boiler circulation pump), as well as whether the pressure differences and current levels are normal and stable. 3. Continuously monitor the combustion of coal in the furnace, and adjust the amount of fuel burned according to the heat load requirements. 4. Add chemicals (500g) to the dust collector once a day, and clean the dust collection filter once a day. 5. Keep operation records at all times. (The recorded data includes: pressure, temperature, current, oil level, maintenance.) (IV) Normal shutdown of the furnace: 1. Turn off the blower first when shutting down the furnace. 2. Shut down the induced draft fan. 3. Close the coal gate and stop feeding coal. 4. The slag extractor continues to operate, with the grate moving forward rapidly to transport the coal ash on the grate into the extractor for removal; any coal ash that has not been fully burned should be recovered and used again during the next startup. 5. Once the coal ash on the grate is completely cleared, the operation of the grate is stopped. 6. After cleaning the coal slag from the slag discharge machine, stop its operation. 7. Turn off the water seal of the slag discharge machine. 8. After the furnace is shut down, the hot oil circulation pump should continue to operate; the hot oil pump can be stopped only once the temperature of the hot oil drops below 80°C. The cooling time must be at least 1 hour. 9. Turn off the main power switch. 10. Remove the dust accumulated in ash collection boxes, dust removal boxes, soot blowing ports, etc. 11. Clean the equipment and maintain hygiene at the work site. 12. If the furnace is shut down for an extended period, the water in the slag extractor should be drained completely. 13. Apply rust prevention treatment to critical parts and transmission mechanisms. (5) Emergency shutdown of the furnace: 1. Immediately shut down the blower. 2. Stop the grate from operating. 3. Open the furnace door. 4. Seal the furnace and extinguish the fire. 5. If the oil temperature continues to rise, the cold oil replacement valve should be opened to replace the high-temperature heat transfer oil in the furnace tubes, taking care to control the temperature of the heat transfer oil. (VI) Temporary shutdown of the furnace 1. Turn off the blower. 2. Shut down the induced draft fan. 3. The grate continued to operate for about twenty centimeters before stopping. 4. After the coal slag in the slag discharge machine is cleaned, stop its operation. 5. The hot oil circulation pump continues to operate.
