Help! Yamaki valve positioner issues

Today, I was troubleshooting a Yaskawa valve positioner; after the control room sent a signal, the positioner did not produce any output. There won’t be such problems once it’s set to manual mode. I want to know what the reason is.
Use a signal generator to send a 4-20ma signal directly from the field and check whether the locator responds. If it does not respond, re-calibrate the locator’s range; Yaskawa can perform this calibration automatically. If the locator does respond and its operation corresponds to the 4-20ma signal, then check the current and voltage outputs of the card. If there are no issues, examine the signal wires. If all checks show no problems, then there may be a problem with Yaskawa’s control circuit board, possibly due to a blown fuse or poor soldering
Open the valve positioner and check whether the knob in the lower left corner of the positioner is set to MAN or AUTO; switch it to AUTO and try again......

To be honest, it’s a very small issue. The valve handwheel has been tampered with. It will be fine once it recovers. . .
