I work in the purification workshop for producing methanol from coke oven gas. There is a waste heat converter here, and I wonder how steam at 3.8 megapascals can be generated when the pressure of the coke oven gas is 2.0 megapascals
Steam is produced when a combustible material burns, generating heat that is transferred to water; when the temperature reaches a certain level, water turns into steam. As more steam is produced, the pressure increases, so the pressure of steam has nothing to do with the pressure of the combustible material
