As the title suggests: With the increasing work and life pressures these days, one always tries to find time to relax from time to time throughout the year. During such free moments, where do you go? What wonderful dishes have you encountered there, and what classic snacks have you tried? Feel free to share them.
Dalian: Shrimp dishes, hot pot noodles, spring pancakes, rice noodles, Dong’er cold noodles. Beijing: Dry-pot duck heads, cold noodles, boiled fish (several specialty places found while wandering around); the spicy dry-pot dishes served in certain school canteens. Luoyang: Spicy hot soup, water-based drinks (that can satisfy your thirst). Nanjing: Duck blood and vermicelli soup. Zhuhai: Papaya with lemon juice. Shenzhen: Rats running around in the bustling shopping centers; it seems there’s a place with good sour and spicy noodles. Inner Mongolia: Dried beef, milk bricks, milk tea, various other foods, sea buckthorn juice, and much more.................. Hangzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou – I can’t remember the foods from Zhejiang.................... Fuyang, Hefei, Guangde Town – I can’t remember the foods from Anhui................. I want to go there to see the blue sky, stroll through the alleys, and eat snacks at local residents’ homes
The water in Luoyang* leaves a deep impression. The dried meat from Inner Mongolia is indeed good, as are milk tea and cheese. However, most people aren’t very accustomed to the taste of milk tea and cheese.
The stuffed buns in Kaifeng are quite good; those who haven’t tried them before should be careful when eating them for the first time
Give it a try yourself; it can’t be that little
