Issues regarding the calculation of the reboiler at the bottom of the tower

When calculating the reboiler, is it by multiplying the evaporation rate per hour by the latent heat to obtain the total heat required at the bottom of the tower? Then, using this total heat amount, the heat supply from steam (or other heat sources) is determined, and based on that, the heat exchange area of the reboiler at the bottom of the tower is calculated? ? It should be noted that a reboiler differs from other heat exchangers in that the circulation rate and evaporation ratio need to be taken into account; what are the appropriate values for these parameters?
