Why does the reflux pipe of the stripper in my unit get clogged so often? Automatic control: no abnormalities.

Thoroughly clean the stripping tower and pipelines; resin caking is suspected.
Is the poster from Junzheng? It’s because the reflux manual valve on the reflux line of the stripper isn’t fully open. Set it to full open. Also, don’t set the pump’s backflow too high to prevent excessive pump current.
Please explain the reasons in detail. I always think it’s a problem with the tower; reflux is used to maintain a stable liquid level at the bottom of the tower. Could an unstable liquid level at the bottom of the tower be the cause of blockages in the flow tubes?
Is the frequent clogging of the return pipe recently related to unstable steam pressure?
I’m not sure what kind of material is used in your tower; it might be the material itself that causes problems, as it can easily get clogged or undergo polymerization and other such processes. The second thing is to check the return pipeline; as someone mentioned above, the return valve may not be fully open, or the return tank could be dirty

If the reflux flow is too low, or if the fluid is too viscous, you can try adjusting the amount of water used for flushing!
