I’m not sure whether products from Kunming Erkang Technology are used for the concentration of fluoride-based cleaning solutions in those tanks. How are your nozzles connected to the towers?
We use the one from Kunming Erkang, connected through circular tubes.
We use Erkang as well; it’s connected via ring pipes, and those pipes tend to crack. The three-ring version doesn’t seem to crack at all. I wonder if there are any brothers who use the three-ring version
The ring pipe connections tend to crack over time; we had to replace them once within less than two years of using the car
A broken ring pipe is related to the quality of the ring pipe; it is advisable to choose rings pipes of better quality, such as those with a steel framework.
We are currently using steel framework composite pipes; the main issue is crack formation in the welds of the nozzles
