Yokogawa vortex flow meter

We currently have a Yokogawa vortex flow meter, with steam flowing through the pipeline, but the gauge reads 0. What could be the reason for this?
1. The range was not selected correctly; it’s too large. 2. The parameter settings are incorrect. 3. There isn’t enough straight pipe section. 4. The pipe is not filled fully, resulting in too low fluid flow rate
If it’s a newly purchased one, then the pipe flow rate is low :):):):):):):):)
I remember that vortex flow meters require a threshold voltage to be set; try setting this threshold voltage lower using the 475 communication protocol!
Just change the value of small-signal rejection; this will work as long as the selection is made within the appropriate flow range.
Vortex flowmeters used for measuring steam generally employ a low-flow cutoff technique; for example, the measurement range is 30–3000 kg/h, and values below 30 are not displayed. You can understand this by checking the range settings
You can consider reducing the flow rate by making it smaller; the pipe is too large
Take a look at the settings for temperature and pressure compensation – what is the normal measurement temperature, and is the compensation correct?
