The bearings of the centrifugal exhaust fan are leaking oil quite severely; oil needs to be added daily. Since there is a interlock system in place, it’s not safe to add oil casually. Cleaning up the mess caused by this leakage is very difficult. The mechanic said that there is a problem with the oil seal. It’s the first time I’ve heard that exhaust fan bearings come equipped with oil seals – what exactly is going on here?
If the oil leakage is severe, it should be removed and the oil seal replaced before operation, in order to eliminate potential safety hazards promptly! ~

It’s difficult to handle this situation without shutting down the machine. Check that the respirator isn’t blocked; if it’s not, then stop for maintenance
